AIM offers pastoral and evangelistic training through the Alpha Bible College. In addition, AIM also offers its National Church Planters (NCPs) and Pastors theological training seminars. Several times a year, visiting professors, evangelists, authors, pastors, and Bible teachers visit AIM’s training center and conduct intensive theological training sessions. Since the pastors do not have access to biblical commentaries and other resources, these training sessions provide them with the tools needed to teach their congregations. Lessons which are delivered in these training sessions are taken back to the villages and taught to the local churches.
