In addition to our commitment to winning the lost, AIM’s strategy is to obey the second part of Jesus’ Great Commission: “Teaching them to observe all that I commanded you.” (Matt 28:20).

At AIM we are committed to providing sound evangelical theological training for all of our National Church Planters (NCPs) and Pastors. Our priority is to first equip these leaders in order that they might plant new churches and accurately disciple and instruct its members. Our goal is that all believers in these young vibrant churches would be taught all that Jesus commanded and that they be salt and light to their communities.

AIM provides basic pastoral and evangelistic training through our Alpha Bible College. AIM also offers its NCPs and Pastors annual theological training seminars. Each year seminary professors, evangelists, Christian authors, pastors, and Bible teachers from around the world visit AIM’s training center and conduct intensive theological training sessions. More than 10,000 NCPs have attended our training programs during the last 5 years.
