Empower a Leader

We come alongside local pastors through

• Training and spiritual accountability – Ongoing theological training, mentoring groups, and one-on-one discipleship that help pastors grow in doctrine, character, and ministry practice.
• Leadership counsel and encouragement – Seasoned leaders walk with pastors through difficult decisions, conflict, and ministry fatigue so they don’t have to lead alone.
• Church support– Practical help for local congregations: resources for worship and teaching, guidance for outreach and discipleship systems, and problem-solving for day-to-day ministry needs.
• Food and essential needs for family – Emergency groceries, basic supplies, and short-term assistance so pastors can care for their households while they serve their communities.
• Legal aid protection – Connections to trusted legal counsel and advocacy when pastors face harassment, fines, or imprisonment because of their faith.
• Encouragement – Regular check-ins, prayer, and community that rekindle hope and perseverance in hard places.

Why leaders are the objective of AIM’s mission

• Local pastors and church leaders are able to reach places others cannot. They already have access and trust where outside workers may not.
• They live and work within their own communities.Their presence is long-term, consistent, and credible.
• They understand local culture, language, customs, and traditions. This insight prevents missteps and opens doors for genuine relationships.
• They can contextualize the Gospel in a culturally relevant way. Truth is communicated clearly and respectfully within local frameworks.
• Their support is more cost-effective than sending foreign missionaries. Limited resources go further when invested in trusted local leaders.

AIM focuses on sharing the Gospel in some of the most unreached and persecuted regions worldwide. Our mission is to empower local church leaders (pastors) and children in these areas, trusting that the local church is the most effective means of reaching the lost.

AIM is all about empowering leaders. We do this through…

• Pastoral sponsorships – Financial and prayer support for pastors serving in undisclosed and high-risk locations who daily risk much for the Gospel.
• Providing theological training – Courses, cohorts, and curated resources that strengthen biblical literacy and preaching/teaching.
• Sending US pastors to their location for conferences and training – Short, intensive gatherings that equip many leaders at once and foster regional collaboration.
• Meeting with them virtually to provide support and accountability – Regular video calls for prayer, coaching, planning, and pastoral care.
• Helping with church needs – Strategic aid such as training additional pastors, assisting with new church plants, disaster relief, and essential tools for ministry (bikes, cars, motorcycles for remote villages, baptism tanks, and water wells).
• Poverty alleviation in communities – Compassion initiatives that address urgent needs and demonstrate the love of Christ.
• Sending mission teams – Teams that train pastors and youth, and provide medical clinics where care is scarce.
• Child sponsorships – Support that provides education, discipleship, nutrition, and safety for vulnerable children connected to local churches.

Everything we do is aimed at reaching the lost in the hardest-to-reach places. We go where others don’t. We are raising heroes of faith. The pastors and children in the trenches are the true heroes of this story.
